WORK WITH THE BUNNY!

Year after year, families and children flock to the Easter Bunny photo set to visit with the Easter Bunny and have their annual Easter Bunny photo taken. It’s your job to create a magical experience for everyone who visits. Cherry Hill Programs trains each team member and is there to help you guide the Easter Bunny photo set team to success.

We are looking to fill the following positions at The Shoppes at Carlsbad:

LOCATION MANAGER
The Location Manager is a seasonal team leader responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the Easter Bunny photo set on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial accounting of all sales, budgets, hiring, payroll, costumes and all aspects of set operations. Location Managers must be able to perform, train and coach every role on the set. The Location Manager is responsible for motivating set employees to create a magical experience for every guest.

ASSISTANT MANAGER
The Assistant Manager is a seasonal team co-leader responsible for supporting the Location Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the Easter Bunny photo set on a day-to-day basis. Responsibilities include but are not limited to financial accounting of all sales, budgets, hiring, payroll, costumes and all aspects of set operations. Assistant Managers must be able to perform, train and coach every role on the set. The Assistant Manager assists in motivating set employees to create a magical experience for every guest.

BUNNY / CAST MEMBER
The Bunny/Cast Member is a seasonal team member who works when scheduled as either the Bunny character (costume provided) and/or a Cast Member on the Easter Bunny set. In both roles, this team member is responsible for helping to create a magical experience for every guest.
