Join us for a Health & Wellness Fair!

The Shoppes at Carlsbad will host locally-based non-profit The Helen Knoll Fundation for a walk-a-thon and health and wellness fair this October.  Participants will walk to raise funds for the Helen Knoll Foundation which provides support and access for early breast cancer detection and prevention for young women.  Participants will enjoy giveaways and activities such as face painting, a raffle, live music and more.  Various local community health partners and medical providers will also be on site with vital information about screening, services and support programs.
